Quality verification

Compliance paperwork is only as good as the product behind it. Every assembly is individually tested before it ships.

Each cable assembly built in our Tustin facility is tested against IEC 61300 measurement procedures and applicable TIA/EIA performance criteria. Test results are tied to the assembly's serial number and retained for seven years, so documentation can be retrieved for audits, warranty claims, or troubleshooting long after delivery.

Certificates of conformance are available with any order at no charge — request them when you place your order or afterward by referencing your PO number.

  • Insertion loss — measured on every connector, both directions where applicable
  • Return loss — verified against connector grade specification
  • Endface geometry — interferometer-inspected polish per IEC 61300-3-35
  • Traceability — serialized results retained for 7 years
