Key Features

The Cassette CleanClicker™ combines ease of use with superior cleaning performance — making it the go-to solution for maintaining high-density optical connections.

01
Micro-Woven Cleaning Ribbon High-absorbency ribbon effectively traps dust particles and debris without leaving lint or residue on connector end-faces — optical-grade material for reliable, repeatable cleaning
02
Manual Advance Wheel Unlike shutter or trigger-style cleaners, the manual advance wheel gives full control over each cleaning stroke — ensuring thorough coverage and preventing re-contamination from a previously used ribbon section
03
Anti-Static Construction Constructed from anti-static materials that minimize electrostatic charge buildup during cleaning — preventing airborne particles from being attracted back to the optical surface after cleaning
04
Disposable Design Single-use disposable cassette maintains hygiene and eliminates the risk of cross-contamination between connectors — no ribbon replacement or refilling required
05
Compact & Lightweight Small form factor fits easily in a technician's tool kit or pocket — lightweight enough for extended field use without adding bulk to existing toolsets
06
10 Cassettes Per Case Packaged 10 cassettes per case for convenient stock management — each cassette individually packaged for clean storage and easy distribution to field teams

Benefits & Applications

Improved Signal Quality

Regular cleaning of fiber optic connectors with the Cassette CleanClicker™ reduces insertion loss and back-reflection — ensuring better network performance, reliability, and longer service life for active equipment ports.

Field Convenience

Compact form factor and easy single-hand operation let technicians clean connectors quickly in the field — reducing downtime and increasing productivity on installation and maintenance calls.

Cost-Effective Maintenance

Disposable design, efficient micro-woven ribbon, and 10 cassettes per case make the Cassette CleanClicker™ a cost-effective solution for maintaining fiber optic networks at scale — no replacement ribbons or solvents required.

Data Centers & Telecom

Ideal for cleaning fiber optic connectors during installation, maintenance, and certification in data centers and telecom central offices — the anti-static construction and lint-free ribbon meet the requirements of high-density environments.

How to Use

For best results follow the inspect-clean-inspect process on every connector before mating.

1
Position the Cleaner

Align the Cassette CleanClicker™ with the connector end-face — ensure the cleaning ribbon aperture is correctly oriented to the ferrule face before advancing the ribbon.

2
Advance the Ribbon

Use the manual advance wheel to extend a fresh section of micro-woven cleaning ribbon — this ensures each cleaning uses an uncontaminated ribbon surface.

3
Clean the Connector

Press gently against the connector end-face and rotate to ensure complete coverage of the ferrule — the micro-woven ribbon traps debris without scratching the optical surface.

4
Dispose After Use

Safely dispose of the cassette cleaner after use to maintain hygiene and prevent cross-contamination — do not reuse a spent cassette on additional connectors.
