Key Features

The Optical Grade Particle & Dust Remover combines ease of use with superior cleaning performance — making it the go-to solution for maintaining high-density optical connections.

01
Double-Filtered Super-Pure Gas Microscopic high-purity filtration removes contaminants from the gas itself — ensuring the aerosol stream introduces zero new particles to optical surfaces during cleaning
02
Non-Abrasive High-Pressure Cleaning High-pressure dry gas removes dust and particulates without physical contact — protecting delicate optical fiber end-faces, lens surfaces, and sensitive electronic components from abrasion damage
03
Nonflammable & Energized Equipment Safe No flashpoint — classified nonflammable with zero VOC (US EPA) and RoHS/WEEE compliant. Safe to use on powered equipment, circuit boards, and active optical ports without shutdown requirements
04
Zero Residue Instant evaporation rate with moisture content <10 ppm leaves absolutely no residue on optical surfaces — no wiping or follow-up cleaning required after use
05
Lockable Variable-Control Trigger Single-hand operation with a lockable trigger and adjustable spray intensity — allows precise, controlled bursts for delicate optical components or sustained cleaning for larger surfaces
06
Removable Extension Tube Includes a removable extension tube for accessing hard-to-reach connector ports, rack interiors, bulkhead positions, and equipment cavities where standard spray angles cannot reach

Benefits & Applications

Improved Signal Quality

Regular cleaning of fiber optic connectors with the Optical Grade Particle & Dust Remover reduces insertion loss and back-reflection — ensuring better network performance, reliability, and longer service life for active equipment ports.

Field Convenience

Compact form factor and easy single-hand operation let technicians clean connectors quickly in the field — reducing downtime and increasing productivity on installation and maintenance calls.

Cost-Effective Maintenance

Disposable design, efficient micro-woven ribbon, and 10 cassettes per case make the Optical Grade Particle & Dust Remover a cost-effective solution for maintaining fiber optic networks at scale — no replacement ribbons or solvents required.

Data Centers & Telecom

Ideal for cleaning fiber optic connectors during installation, maintenance, and certification in data centers and telecom central offices — the anti-static construction and lint-free ribbon meet the requirements of high-density environments.

How to Use

For best results follow the inspect-clean-inspect process on every connector before mating.

1
Position the Cleaner

Align the Optical Grade Particle & Dust Remover with the connector end-face — ensure the cleaning ribbon aperture is correctly oriented to the ferrule face before advancing the ribbon.

2
Advance the Ribbon

Use the manual advance wheel to extend a fresh section of micro-woven cleaning ribbon — this ensures each cleaning uses an uncontaminated ribbon surface.

3
Clean the Connector

Press gently against the connector end-face and rotate to ensure complete coverage of the ferrule — the micro-woven ribbon traps debris without scratching the optical surface.

4
Dispose After Use

Safely dispose of the cassette cleaner after use to maintain hygiene and prevent cross-contamination — do not reuse a spent cassette on additional connectors.
